SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied for treatment of extrusion of segments after their implantation in case of keratectasia. A segment that "went out" is removed. After the removal one third of the segment length is cut off, and the remaining part of the segment is introduced back into the tunnel.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to preserve the refraction effect.
