FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, namely to production of firearms bolt carriage by injection moulding. Initial stock comprising metal powder and binder bonded therewith is subjected to injection moulding to produced billet. Said billet has at least one gate on withdrawing it from mould. Produced billet is cooled to remove binder and produce semi-finished product. Said semi-finished product is sintered. Note here that at least one gate is kept on bolt carriage unless sintering termination.
EFFECT: higher quality, simplified process.
