FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Metal mould made up of two mould halves is heated to 70-90°C, metal rod heated to 150-180°C and mould halves are closed. Rarefaction is developed inside mould. Fused metal is extruded from furnace via metal duct at low pressure and into mould cavity. After cast crystallisation, mould is opened and cast is withdrawn. Metal rod is made up o lateral and central parts jointed by magnet together.
EFFECT: no pockholes or pores, fine-grained structure.
