SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the field of medical diagnostics and may be used for evaluation of efficiency of orthopedic correction of foot. Therefore unloaded temperature field of the foot is measured. Then load, resembling process of walking is given. Temperature field of the foot is repeatedly measured. Then foot is kept in calm state for its relaxation and acquiring of primary state. The foot is repeatedly loaded in orthopedic footwear. Thereat loading resembles walking process in orthopedic footwear. Then temperature field of the foot is measured after application of load in orthopedic footwear. Temperature matrixes are reduced to unique spatial scale and efficacy of orthopedic correction of the foot is assessed based on the comparison of the temperature matrixes.

EFFECT: shortened time of individual fitting of orthopedic footwear and increased efficacy of orthopedic care.
