SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for performing operations on digestive system. Surgical instrument contains handle and elongated rod and is functionally intended for removal of anastomotic ring device out of patient. Elongated rod includes multitude of gingers of ring gearing. Each of fingers contains envelope, which includes wire with hook on its distal end. Each hook can be moved out by distal end of corresponding envelope for gearing leaves on anastomotic device. Further proximal diversion of hooks fastens anastomotic ring device to fingers of ring gearing. When anastomotic ring device is fastened to fingers of ring gearing, fingers can be brought closer for folding anastomotic ring device from set in action configuration in form of hollow rivet into uninvolved configuration of cylindrical shape. Surgical instrument can include folded anastomotic ring device, which facilitates removal of anastomotic ring device from out of patient.
EFFECT: instrument makes it possible to remove anastomotic ring device out of patient's body.
