SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in operations on digestive system. Surgical instrument for application of anastomosis ring device contains handle which is connected with mechanism of anastomosis ring spreading by means of rod. Rod contains, at least, one torsion element, which is able to transmit torsional working effort from handle onto ring spreading mechanism. Threaded rod or pin can be located in ring spreading mechanism for setting in action ring spreading mechanism in response to rotation.
EFFECT: instrument has ring spreading mechanism made with possibility of being set into action in response to torsional working effort from torsion element.
