FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be applied for formation of tissue, formed as a result of interaction between mesenchymal cells and epithelial cells. Carried out is preparation of first cell mass, in fact containing only one of cell types, selected from mesenchymal cells or epithelial cells, where at least one of cell types, selected from mesenchymal cells or epithelial cells, originates from dental germ, in form of cell aggregate, in which separate cells are in close contact with each other. Said first cell mass and second cell mass, in fact containing only second of cell types, selected from mesenchymal cells or epithelial cells, inside supporting carrier, in such a way that cells in each of cell masses are not dispersed and said first and second cell masses are in close contact with each other inside supporting carrier, without mixing cell masses with each other. First and second cell masses are cultivated inside supporting carrier, in which state of contact between cell masses is preserved.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to form tissue which has organospecific location of cells.
