FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, dentistry. Substance of the method for making a tooth consists in placing into a bearing carrier a first cell mass substantially consisting of cells of one of the following species: mesenchymal cells originated from amnion discharges as delivery excrements, or epithelial cells, and a second cell mass substantially consisting of cells of the other species among said mesenchymal cells originated from amnion discharges as delivery excrements, and epithelial cells wherein said first and second cell masses are not mixed, but contact each other tightly. Said epithelial cells are originated from the following sources: dental germ of third molar, skin, mucosa or gingiva. Said first and second cell masses are cultured in the bearing carrier. The method of treating or care in various symptoms associated with dental loss or damage is implemented by tooth and/or periodont tissue grafting into the place of dental loss and/or damage. Additionally, it involves the stages of tooth alignment so that to provide the same direction as the other tissue in the place of grafting.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides making the tooth cells of which are arranged in a certain order so that the restored tooth functions as tissue thereby ensuring higher clinical effectiveness.
