FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, cell biotechnologies, regenerative medicine. Epithelial portion of the dental germ is separated from the mesenchyma with preserving a fragment of the mesenchymal tissue. In the petri dish, a drop of collagen gel with volume of 30 mcl is formed, into which a tissue fragment is introduced - a previously separated epithelial portion of the dental germ and a fragment of a mesenchyma associated with it. Petri dish with collagen gel drop is incubated for 15 minutes at 37 °C in an incubator in conditions of 5 % CO2 for hardening of collagen gel. Culture plate is used to insert mesenchymal cells prepared from a tooth germ. Cell culture insert with a pore diameter of 0.4 mcm is placed in the well; a formed drop of collagen gel with an epithelial tissue of a dental germ associated with a fragment of mesenchymal tissue is transferred by tweezers. After 14 days, developing enamel is transferred into a biological reactor - for a mouse kidney capsule. After 10 weeks, the kidney of the experimental animal is isolated, as well as developing enamel from under the kidney capsule.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain enamel identical to enamel of natural origin by biochemical and histological structure.
