SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry. An anionic layered double hydroxide similar to hydrotalcite or which is hydrotalcite has layer spacing greater than 1.5 nm and contains two or more charge-compensating organic ions with 12-30 carbon atoms. At least two organic anions contain a different number of carbon atoms and less than 10% of all charge-compensating anions are charge-compensating organic anions with two or more anionic groups. The nanocomposite material contains the layered double hydroxide described above in a polymer matrix.

EFFECT: invention improves layering of layered double hydroxides in a polymer matrix.
