SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. In implementing the method of preparing capsulorhexis, a circular mechanical deformation of subcapsular layers of the lens by pressure on an anterior capsular plate with navicular blunt-pointed phacochoppers until a visible path appears.
EFFECT: using this invention reduces the probability of capsulorhexis withdrawal from a given size, reduces probability of capsule breaks and complications.
