FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: installation consists of mixing hopper of gravitation action connected with electric engine mounted on bearing frame. An upper part of the mixing hopper is equipped with a jacket with cover, while in a lower part there are successively and vertically set an accumulating and pre-packing hoppers of conic shape. A gate connected to the electric engine is positioned beneath the accumulating hopper. The pre-packing hopper is equipped with a supplying screw and a ripper. The screw is connected with the electric engine. A sieve with a funnel and a vibrator is hinged on the bearing frame in the upper part of the mixing hopper. A system of blocks and counter-weights is connected to the sieve and funnel to reduce load at their lifting. An electric shield is mounted on the bearing frame.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions, ease of maintenance, simplified design and electric energy saving.
