SUBSTANCE: fused protein containing a protein-body inducing sequence is constructed, as well as a heterologous host cell and a sequence obtained from gamma-zein fused through the C-end with an N-end, which is of interest to the protein. The obtained fused protein is expressed in the host eukaryotic cell of mammals or insects.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain recombinant proteins of interest, which are stably expressed and accumulate in host cells inside "ОРБПБТ".
