SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, particularly, to introduction of nucleic acid into vegetable cell with intact cell wall. Besides, it discloses the gene expression process and that of plasmid DNA transfer into vegetable cell. Note here that said processes comprise: interaction of gamma-zein peptide with plasmid DNA for creation of gamma-zein bonded structure, contact of gamma-zein bonded structure with vegetable cell with intact cell wall to allow capture of gamma-zein bonded structure by cell with intact cell wall.
EFFECT: efficient introduction of DNA into vegetable cell with intact cell wall.
