SUBSTANCE: blade comprises a flat body with a holder and a cutting unit. The cutting unit comprises two halves symmetrical to a longitudinal axis of the body. A frontal external surface of each halves is concave towards the longitudinal symmetry axis. The frontal surfaces are connected in one point on the longitudinal symmetry axis. The concave frontal surfaces are converging generating Riemann surfaces, have equal length and curvature and are conjugated in one point on the longitudinal symmetry axis. Edges of the frontal surfaces form symmetric acute angles with the flat body.

EFFECT: reduced injures of eye tissues.
