FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of ophthalmosurgery. Device for irrigation contains hollow case and first segment of three-axial ellipsoid surface, connected with case. In first segment there is a hole, connected with case, whose centre lies on longitudinal axis of case symmetry. Device additionally contains second segment of three-axial ellipsoid surface congruent to internal surface of eyeball. Salience of second element faces outside. Both segments have the same sign of curvature, are coaxial to each other and longitudinal axis of case symmetry, and form hollow open envelope. Internal envelope cavity becomes narrower from centre to periphery. Peripheral edges of envelope are made open, forming nozzle of ellipsoidal shape directed to the side opposite to external surface of second segment.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of trauma of tissues of eye internal structures, increase of organ preservation and functions of eyeball.
