SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to ophthalmic surgery. An ophthalmic microsurgical instrument comprises a body and a working part. An end surface of a distal zone of the working part of the instrument is provided with two supports. The above supports are symmetrical to a long axis in one plane at an acute angle to each other and project beyond the working part. The distal portion of the working part comprises two diametrically opposite irrigation holes.
EFFECT: invention provides a displacement of a lesser ring of iris for a rigid pupil in a combination with performing surgical manipulations, as well as reduced injuries of tissues of the inner structures of eye.
