FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmosurgery. Device contains hollow case, hollow working part and is made in form of tip of aspiration system. Working part is made in form of Riemann surface, facing with its widening part the side, opposite to case. Internal surface of working part is provided with, at least, four cutting blades. Blades are located at the same angular distance from each other along generatrices of Riemann surface perpendicular to them. Cutting edges of blades face inner side of surface, and butt end part of each blade is tilted to the side, opposite to case.
EFFECT: claimed invention increases evenness and ensures continuity of aspiration of crystalline lens mass fragments of different size, reduces trauma to internal structures of eye, increases organ preservation and functions of eyeball.
