FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating a first stage of acute respiratory distress syndrome based on pharmacological correction of thoracal hyperhydration in patients with solid acute poisonings. That is ensured by introduction of gelofusine 12-14 ml/kg of body weight at rate 10 drops a minute combined with introduction of furosemide 1-2 mg/kg of body weight at rate 1-2 mg/hour and introduction of cytoflavinum 0.55 ml/kg of body weight in 5 % glucose 30 ml/kg of body weight.
EFFECT: method enables bringing a patient through the critical state in a relatively short time due to elimination of pulmonary hyperhydration and gas exchange pulmonary function recovery.
