FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary chemical hydrolysis of polysaccharide complexes of algae using perhydrol. Enzymatic hydrolysis is then carried out using complexes of cellulase, hemicellulase and pectinase enzymes to obtain carbohydrates. The chemical and enzymatic hydrolysis reactions are carried out successively in a multiple-section drum-type reactor.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain carbohydrates from polysaccharide complexes of algae with high output of the end product, and simplifies the technology of the process by shortening the production cycle, using simple equipment and cutting on maintenance personnel.
