FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular, to a composition for eastern galega preservation and leguminous-grass mixtures based thereon. Composition is characterized by that it includes a consortium of bacterial cultures of strains of lactic acid or lactic acid and propionic acid bacteria with titre of viable cells of not less than 1×108 CFU/cm3 and a hydrolytic and lyase enzyme complex, in which the ratio of activity units of the controlled cellulase, endo-gla-canase, exocellobiohydrolase, endopolygalacturonase, and pectin lyase enzymes is equal to 1.0:(2.2–3.3):(5.5–6.6),(0.8–1.3):(4.4–5.5) respectively.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to increase nutritional value of produced fodder.
