FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in processing fabric by fluorocarbon resins. Note here that processing aims at producing hardened epilam coat on fabric surface by dipping said fabric into organic solvent-based solution containing 0.2-5 wt % of fluorocarbon polymer with end group -CF3 selected from the group including octafluoropolyether acid, perfluorolauric acid. After dipping, epilam coat is dried and hardened. Epilam drying and hardening are carried out at 100-120°C for 1-4 hours. Organic solvent represents octafluoromethylcyclohexane, hydroxyfluoride, ethylene difluoride.
EFFECT: higher elasticity, abrasion resistance and ballistic properties in wetted state.
