SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in implantation with ions of copper. Also, before implantation with ions of copper there is performed implantation with ions of iron with a dose (0.2…0.5)D where D is a dose of implantation with ions of copper.
EFFECT: raised wear resistance under conditions of sliding friction.
