FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to implantation of the surfaces of parts from aluminium alloys. Proposed method comprises processing part surface by laser beam focused to circular spot at specific radiation energy of 200-450 W/mm2. Then, said spot is displaced over part surface at the speed of 45-70 mm/s to implant nitrogen ions at dose of (2-6)·1017 ion/cm2.
