FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electronic hydro mechanical automatic control systems (ACS) of gas turbine plants (GTP) of various purpose. The essence of invention consists in the fact that measured rotation frequency of power turbine is additionally compared to the pre-set limit value determined by means of calculation-experimental method; if the measured rotation frequency of power turbine exceeds the pre-set limit value, "Spinning of rotor of power turbine" signal is shaped to GTP operator and fuel supply is stopped to GTP compressor station (CS), gas temperature is measured after the turbine and air temperature is measured at GTP inlet; depending on air temperature at GTP inlet there formed is limit value of gas temperature after the turbine and compared to measured gas temperature after the turbine; if the measured gas temperature after the turbine exceeds limit value, "High gas temperature after turbine" signal is shaped to GTP operator and fuel supply is stopped to GTP CS; rotor rotation frequency of turbocompressor is measured; depending on air temperature at GTP inlet there formed is limit value of rotor rotation frequency of turbocompressor; if the measured rotor rotation frequency of turbocompressor exceeds limit value, "High rotation frequency of turbocompressor rotor" signal is shaped to GTP operator and fuel supply to GTP CS is stopped.

EFFECT: improving operating quality of ACS, and improving and operation safety of GTP.
