FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for producing blocked foamed glass using a continuous method includes a vibrating mill for grinding glass charge material, a turbo paddle noduliser-mixer, a nozzle for spraying the foaming composition, a cylinder drier, a micro-granule vibratory sieve, a foaming oven, a blocking chamber, a grinder for grinding waste foam glass obtained during blocking and an annealing furnace. The annealing furnace is merged with a transporting device which is in form of a continuous conveyor belt with side flaps whose height is 1.67-5.71 times the width of the conveyor belt. On the outer surface of the conveyor belt there are protrusions whose dimensions are 0.01-0.43 times the height of the side flaps.
EFFECT: high strength of foamed glass, possibility of recycling foamed glass wastes in a single technological process.
