SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, paediatrics, child neurology. Premature infants with birth weight less than 1500 gram are examined for the presence of significant prognostic risk factors of infantile cerebral paralysis (ICP) expressed in prognostic coefficients in points: degree III cerebral ischemia - yes +5.56, no -6.86; movement distubrance syndrome - yes +5.09, no -3.97; birth emergency - yes +3.69, no -4.78; one minute Apgar score of 4 and less +2.65, of more than 4 -5.36; periventicular leukmalacia - yes +5.17, no -2.49; prematurity of 28 weeks and less +3,28, prematurity of 29 weeks and more -2.01; congenital anomalies - yes +2.68, no -1.79; chronic inflammatory genital diseases in a mother - yes +6.45, no -1.12; previous therapeutic abortions in a mother - yes +2.33, no -2.33; previous abortions in a mother - yes +2.99, no -1.09. Total prognostic coefficient is calculated, and if the value is 13 or less, a favourable prognosis is stated, while the value 13+ shows an unfavourable prognosis.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of ICP prediction in children of the given group.
