SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be used in dental implantations if observing insufficiency of a bone tissue of a dental process. The prepared mixture is centrifuged at 2500 rpm for 10-10 min to form a FRP flap. A mineral component of the bone is the biotransplant Bio-Oss presoaked for 10 minutes in blood plasma prepared by centrifugation. It is followed by skeletonisation of the dental process within a defect of the bone tissue and decortication. After that, the FRP-flap covers the mineral component of the bone and closed.

EFFECT: method allows reducing time of postoperative wound repair, and also producing an adequate bone regenerate in a short period of time due to osteogenesis stimulation.
