FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: before a surgery, patient's blood 10 ml is taken from an ulnar vein in 4 test tubes. Interleukin-2 is added in each test tube at 100 IU per 10 ml of blood. The mixture is centrifuged at 2500 rpm for 8-10 min before form a FRP flap. The produced 4 flaps are grinded, Bio-Oss 4 g and separated plasma is added, mixed and kept for 10-15 min. A prepared biotransplant is placed in a lifting cavity, condensed and coated with Bio-Gide membrane.
EFFECT: method allows preparing an adequate bone regenerate in a relatively short time due to simultaneous stimulation of osteointegration and immunological responsiveness.
