FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry and otorhinolaryngology, and is intended for use in carrying out dental implantation with bone tissue deficiency of the alveolar process of the upper jaw, with chronic oroanthral fistulas and bone-reconstructive operations after trauma or removal of tumors of the upper jaw. Trapezoidal mucus-periosteal flap is located, which is located with a large base towards the transitional fold, and a smaller base on the crest of the alveolar process of the upper jaw, its flaking and retraction, formation of the bed, modeling of the device in size and shape, insertion into the sinus and suturing the wound. Preliminary computed tomography 3D of the upper jaw is based on the anatomical features of the alveolar process and the required number of dental implants, simulate an intraspective titanium plate in size and shape, with through holes on its surface, blind holes with a thread for the installation of dental implants are made on the lower surface. After exfoliation of the soft tissues along the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus, a 10-by-30 mm window is formed, and holes for the introduction of dental implants are made in the alveolar bone. Intrashopper titanium plate is placed under the Schneider membrane on the bottom of the maxillary sinus, while the holes in the alveolar process with blind holes are aligned, dental implants having a thread on the lateral surface are inserted into the holes in the alveolar bone, and fix by screwing the upper part of the dental implants into blind holes. For part of the dental implant located outside the alveolar bone in the mouth, tighten the stabilizing nut until it stops on the surface of the alveolar process. Wound is sutured, after 1–3 days prosthesis is performed on dental implants.
EFFECT: method allows to securely and stably fix simultaneously the titanium plate and dental implants in it, to shorten the terms of prosthetics and replace the bone tissues of the alveolar process.
