FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention serves to entrap film, drop, fine and aerosol liquid and solid particles from gas flow. Separator comprises housing with top and bottom covers, inlet, outlet and discharge branch pipes. Outlet branch pipe is arranged on pipeline fitted coaxially in housing. Horizontal partition with drain hole is arranged on pipeline to divide housing inner space into bottom vortex chamber and top extra chamber. Pipeline passes through top cover and partition into vortex chamber to be communicated with separation package. Radial groove is made in said partition to communicate said chambers. Vertical radial plates are rigidly fixed on groove edges. Auger is fitted on pipeline in vortex chamber with its top end jointed with plate. Deflector with reflecting plate is fitted on auger spiral top end. Conical baffle is arranged coaxially in separation package bottom. Washer with flange is secured to baffle larger bottom end face. Washer has drain holes communicating with tubes. False perforated bottom with radial plates is arranged under baffle bottom end face.
EFFECT: increased separation depth, simplified design.
