SUBSTANCE: invention relates to residential ecology, particularly, to wallpapers with air cleaning properties and method of their production. Wallpaper comprises substrate, printed layer and air cleaning cover layer arranged in said order starting from bottom. Air cleaning cover layer is formed by applying photo catalyst layer to be activated by visible band light. Photo catalyst comprises solvent, titanium compound, gelating agent, metal compounds and acid catalyst. Besides, invention covers the method of producing above described wallpapers.

EFFECT: air cleaning wallpapers activated by whatever room illuminators.
