FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to electrically driven control devices for railway cars, particularly, to those intended for controlling car wheel spin/slip. Proposed device comprises set of motors (4a-4d) and wheel skin/slip control module 1 to generate torque control instruction. Control module comprises module (7A-7D) to generate first index of grip, module 8 to generate second level of grip (ADL), module 27 to generate torque control instruction in response to second index of grip (ADL), and module 12 to compute contact speed.
EFFECT: preventing skid/slip at high speed.
