FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed procedure for thermo-mechanical processing work-pieces out of granules of high-alloyed heat-resistant alloys on nickel base containing 55-60 % of strengthening γ'-phase. The procedure consists in hot isostatic pressing, in high-temperature annealing of a compacted work-piece and in its cooling at regulated rate 2-5°C/hour to temperature 90-200°C below temperature of annealing with successive cooling to room temperature, in heating the work-piece to temperature of deformation and in its multi-stage deformation with common degree of deformation 45-80 % including degree of deformation at final stage of 27-45%, in intermediary re-crystallisation annealing between the stages and in thermal treatment consisting in tempering and aging. Heating for tempering is performed to temperature 15-35°C below temperature of transition into a single-phase zone.
EFFECT: improved mechanical and operational properties of work-pieces.
