FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: heat treatment method of parts like discs of gas-turbine engines from heat-resistant powder nickel alloys is proposed. Method involves heating to hardening temperature, and ageing. Cooling from hardening temperature is performed in salt bath with temperature that is by 350-500°C lower than complete dissolution temperature of γ' - phase during 8-16 hours.
EFFECT: increasing heat resistance, reducing the duration of heat treatment, improving the process efficiency at low level of residual stresses.
