FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: when fabricated, the Peltier elements (4) are connected on a current-carrying side by means of a sintered layer (15) or by sintering welding to a contact surface (3). Fabrication of the Peltier elements (4) and sintering welding are combined with using a mask (22) containing a number of openings (23). The mask (22) is used to coat a prepared ceramic substrate (2) with contact surfaces (3) in such a manner that each opening (23) is above the contact surface (3). The openings (23) are filled with the material for fabrication of the Peltier elements which then by sintering and pressure application is transformed thereafter into the Peltier elements (4). The openings (23) are filled with the powder blend material for fabrication of the Peltier elements. Sintering and sintering welding are carried out by a spark-plasma procedure with sintering pressure application.
EFFECT: fabrication simplification, improvement of thermal properties and efficiency of the module.
