SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to food industry. One proposes food compositions with dietary and preventive properties including, at preset ratio, food polyol or combinations of food polyols, dry extract of rosehips and/or dry extract of girasol, and/or sucralose, and/or stevioside. The compositions are intended for inclusion into functional food products formulas including beverages at preset ratio.
EFFECT: inventions allow to produce food compositions introduction whereof into the formulas of products and beverages extends their storage life preserving organoleptic and texture properties.
