FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: system includes variable compression degree mechanism and gas distribution phase control mechanism. Maintenance of minimum fuel flow level and increase in torque moment is controlled. Control of maintenance of minimum fuel flow level is performed by increasing engine rotation speed at the pre-defined compression degree or more. Control of torque moment increase is performed by decreasing mechanical compression degree to the pre-defined compression degree or less and inlet valve closing moment is controlled.

EFFECT: reducing fuel flow at increase in the required engine power.
