SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology. Transposition of caput longum m. tricipitis brachii into position of m. biceps brachii is performed with further carrying out Z-shaped elongation of tendinous part of caput laterale and caput mediale m. tricipitis brachii.
EFFECT: method ensures recovery of active flextion in elbow joint, prevention of formation of flexion contracture in elbow joint.
