IMMOBILISING-HEMOSTATIC DEVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION OF INJURED PEOPLE WITH THORACOABDOMINAL TRAUMAS Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A61G1/00

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and can be used in providing emergency medical care. Device immobilisation-haemostatic for transportation of injured people with thoracoabdominal traumas is made from mixed fabric of orange colour with water-repellent impregnation and has pockets and fixing belt. Pockets are 450 mm long and 20 mm wide and are made for fixation of aliminium immobilising plates which are 440 mm long, 16 mm wide and 3 mm thick. Patchpockets 130-130 mm are made for hypothermal packets which have 120-120 mm size. Fixing belt is 250 mm long and 20 mm wide and makes it possible to fix device in dosed manner on patient of any age. Device is provided with appliance for adaptation of additional therapeutic-immobilising devices and has the following dimensions: height of lateral vent 550 mm, height of "lower edge of waistcoat - region of axillary crease" 400 mm, waistcoat width 900 mm, back width 300 mm, width of girdle vent 250 mm.

EFFECT: reduction of terms of injured people transportation, improvement of disease prognosis, reduction of number of complications and mortality.
