IMMOBILISING-CRYOTHERAPEUTIC STRETCHER FOR TRANSFER AND TRANSPORTATION OF PATIENTS WITH POLYTRAUMA Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61G1/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: stretcher represents two aluminium tubes-handles, 23000 mm long with diameter 40 mm, with three fixing transverse bars from aluminium "П"-shaped profile with dimensions 5500×30×30 mm. On handles located are four ring-like supports with dimensions 100×50 mm and fixed surface from fixed fabric with dimensions 20000×5500 mm, which has pockets with dimensions 130×130 mm for placement of cryopackets with dimensions 120×120 and four pockets with dimensions 2000×50 mm, for immobilisation aluminium tubes (30 mm in diameter). Flap from fabric with dimensions 20000×5700 mm with pockets for cryopackets (with dimensions 30×130 mm and oval hole with dimensions 200×150 for patient's face) is fixed to right handle of stretcher. Flap fixation is performed by means of tapes with the following dimensions: length 1200 mm, width 100 mm, application of which makes it possible to fix injured person of any age on stretcher. Tapes are fixed on two side surface of flap at the following distance from head end of device: 0 mm, 500 mm, 1000 mm, 1500 mm, 2000 mm.

EFFECT: reduction of transportation time, reduction of number of complications and lethal outcomes.
