FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and can be used in providing emergency medical care for immobilisation, haemostasis and anesthesia in transportation of injured people with craniocerebral trauma and trauma of cervical spine to specialised medical institutions. Device immobilisation-haemostatic for transportation of injured people with craniocerebral trauma and trauma of cervical spine has possibility of regulated fixation on patient's head by means of "adhesive" tapes and is made with height of lateral and upper walls 150 mm, length of lateral wall 300 mm, length of immobilisation valve 250 mm and width of immobilisation valve 200 mm. Device is made from mixed fabric of orange colour with water-repellent impregnation and is provided with supporting immobilisation site with dimensions 300-200-100 mm, device for fixation to additional medical apparatuses (immobilisation-haemostatic device) and patchpockets with 130-130 mm dimensions for hypothermal packets.

EFFECT: reduction of terms of injured people transportation to specialised medical institutions, improvement of disease prognosis, stabilisation of systemic haemodynamics, prevention of development of torpid shock, elongation of "golden hour", reduction of number of complications and mortality in said category of patients.
