FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves reaction of allyl alcohol with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst - titanium-containing zeolite. The invention proposes to carry out the process in excess allyl alcohol with molar ratio allyl alcohol: hydrogen peroxide equal to (10-30):1 and temperature 35-50°C.
EFFECT: reduced expenses on extracting the end product with high selectivity of the process.
