FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine. By means of bioimpedance analyser of body weight composition with norms for teenagers - "НЕЦ" Medass determined are absolute and relative parameters of fat body weight (FBW), skeletal-muscular body weight (SMW) and active cellular body weight (ACW) in lean weight. Parameters are measured on dominating and non-dominating sides are averaged, and excess of average population values Δ%FBW, Δ%SMW, Δ%ACW is determined in percent. Index of exercise performance is calculated by formulas: for boys: index= k1×Δ%ACW+k2xΔ%SMW-k3×Δ%FBW+C4, where: k1=0.33, k2=0.05, k3=0.14, C4=43.42 for girls: index=k1×Δ%ACW+k2×Δ%SMW+k3×Δ%FBW+C4, where: k1=0.16, k2=0.2, k3=0.03, C4=45.07. If index value for boys is 18-31 and for girls 15-25, conclusion about very bad exercise performance (EP) is made, if values for boys are 32-38 and for girls 26-31 - about bad EP, when values are 39-44 for boys and 32-38 for girls - about satisfactory EP, with values 45-57 for boys and 39-46 for girls - about good EP, with values 58-80 for boys and 47-70 for girls, conclusion about excellent exercise performance is made.

EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for estimation of teenagers' exercise performance.
