Disclosed is a method for prediction of pregnancy complications in young primiparous by studying the value of hemoglobin and the presence of polymorphism in the genes of the second phase of detoxification with subsequent calculation of the prognostic index P by formula P = constant + Hb*k1 + GSTP1(ile105ile)*k2 + GSTP1(ala114ala)*k3 + GSTP1 (ala114val)*k4. If P > 0.7, a high risk of pregnancy complications in young primitives is predicted. If P < 0.7, a low risk of pregnancy complications in young primitives is predicted.

EFFECT: invention enables predicting a risk of pregnancy complications in young primiparous by calculating a prognostic index and isolating a high-risk group on pathology formation.
