SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For correction of induced postkeratoplastic astigmatism and myopia of high degree after through and deep front layer keratoplasty in 12 months after removal of corneal suture, MyoRing ring is implanted into intrastromal pocket. Intrastromal pocket is formed using femtosecond laser 0.5–1.5 mm less than a cornea transplant at depth of 60–80 % of the minimum thickness of the corneal graft.

EFFECT: method improves visual acuity after correction of induced postkeratoplastic astigmatism and myopia of high degree, allows recovering sphericity and regularity of corneal graft, and also improves quality of life of patients.
