FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in chemical industry, agriculture, machine building, food and oil industries for sorption processes. Sorbent recovery is performed in system resonance conditions by feeding superhigh-frequency electromagnetic radiation power necessary and sufficient for breaking of intermolecular bonds between sorbent and sorbate in interaction between said radiation and said substances in resonance chamber. Minimum sufficient electromagnetic power is fed to rule out thermal heating of substances in resonance chamber. For uniform filling of resonance chamber with sorbent, electromagnetic radiation-lucent packing and chemically inert to sorbent and sorbate is used, for example, that made from glass, quartz, fluoroplastic and ceramics.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, linger life.
