FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft with flapping wings. Aircraft incorporates a frame with two journals rotating about two parallel axles. Every said journal supports a wing. Aircraft comprises also oscillation generator to make said journals oscillate, hence, to create wings flapping. First oscillation generator comprises two levers rigidly coupled with each journal, two cranks each being hinged with end of said levers. Hinge axles are parallel with journal turn axes, con rod articulated with the ends of both cranks. Hinge axes are parallel with journal turn axes, means to synchronise rotation of both journals for them to make equal-angle and opposite-direction turn, and motors. Every motor control rotation of one crank arranged opposite appropriate lever. First generator comprises control unit 50 to control and synchronise motor rpm and to control phase shift between motors. Said synchronisation means comprises crossed belt tensioned between journals. Rotary supports are fitted in journals to revolve about axes perpendicular to journal rotation axis. Aircraft comprises second oscillation generator to vary wing angle of attack and means to synchronise drive shafts.
EFFECT: adjustment of wing oscillation frequency and amplitude and angle of attack.
