SUBSTANCE: method involves applying optical coherent tomography techniques for detecting changes in macular retina zone. Its thickness being found 1.5-2 times as large when compared to normal reference values, diffuse macular edema with intraretinal cysts being visualized on optical slices, serous neuroepithelium detachment and retinal pigment epithelium detachment being observed, initial choroid melanoma is to be diagnosed. No above mentioned signs being available, progressing choroid nevus is to be diagnosed.

EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
