FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used to predict development of late retinal complications in patients with 1–4 stages of cicatricial retinopathy of prematurity (PH) based on fluorescent angiography. Perform a fluorescent-angiographic study of the eyes. Predict risk of development of latticular retinal dystrophy with the subsequent formation of its ruptures when 1-2 cicatricial stages of PH are detected, which occurred as a result of spontaneous regression of the disease, absence of fluorescence in the 2nd and 3rd zones of the fundus in combination with depletion of the microcirculatory bed in the vascularized retina, disturbance of the physiological course of the vessels in front of the avascular zone. Risk of progression of retinal detachment progression to the total is predicted for detection of PH at 3-4 cicatricial stages, which occurred as a result of spontaneous regression of the disease, in the arteriovenous phase of investigation of local areas of extraretinal proliferation with a massive liqueur located on the border with the avascular retina and in areas remote from the main conglomerate of extraretinal tissue; in the late phase of the study of the accumulation of fluorescein under the retina in the areas of deposition of solid exudate, the contrast of newly formed retinal vessels in the projection of its traction detachment.
EFFECT: method provides a reliable prognosis for development of late retinal complications in patients with 1–4 stages of cicatricial retinopathy of prematurity due to the detection of pathological phenomena of fluorescence in absence of ophthalmoscopic signs or an unclear ophthalmoscopic picture.
